MS04
Selective microphone MS04

Selective microphone for alarm signaling against attempted break-ins on reinforced concrete structures, safes, armored cabinets, continuous cashiers, etc. Microprocessor technology with fully digital sensor management. Total immunity from external electromagnetic disturbances thanks to the double galvanic isolation between the connection area and the detection and signal analysis unit. Cyclical self-test on the two detection channels, with constant verification of transducer integrity and amplification section. Equipped with a threshold thermal detector, to detect attempts to attack the microphone with devices that suddenly alter its normal operating temperature. Detection channels and modes: Drilling channel: 16 sensitivity levels, 4 - integration values (delay) Explosion channel: 4 sensitivity levels. Display and storage of different alarm types. Test point for calibration and instrumental sensitivity verification. “REMOTE” command for attenuating sensitivity levels (ATM applications). Double cable passage: towards the control unit, equipped with a cable gland, towards an eventual auxiliary sensor, external to the microphone. Provision for housing an “internal perturber” (optional), suitable for operational test function. Possibility of managing an “external perturber” (optional), for operational tests on large surfaces. Nominal supply voltage: 12 Vdc. Min. and max operating voltage: 9 ÷ 15 Vdc. Consumption: 25 mA typ at 12 Vdc 30 mA max. Certified operating temperature: +5 °C ÷ +40°. Operating temperature declared by the manufacturer: -10 °C ÷ +70 °C. Tampering intervention temperature for thermal attacks: -5 °C ÷ +60 °C. Automatic cyclic self-test every 5 minutes. Guaranteed performance level: III° (with MS04IT + MS04ET) II° (with internal perturber MS04IT) I° (standard microphone). Certified protection degree IP30 (CEI 70-1). Protection degree declared by the manufacturer: IP54. Output opto alarm time: approx. 4s. Thermal gradient detection: approx. 4 °C/min. Detected band: approx. 10 to 100 Khz. Useful coverage: 48 sqm. Alarm output: solid state relay. Tamper output for opening, removal, thermal attacks. Dimensions (L x H x P): 136 x 48 x 89 mm. Weight: 550 g
