Reflected beam linear smoke detector, max. range 100 m. The FLR100 linear smoke detector is particularly suitable for applications in the field of cultural heritage protection, such as: museums, historic buildings, art exhibitions, etc. Its operating principle is based on the interaction between the smoke present in an environment generated by an incipient fire and an infrared beam emitted and reflected by a special reflector. More specifically, the Rx receiver processes an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of the light received, notifying an alarm or fault condition if the signal drops below an alarm or fault threshold continuously for a pre-established period of time.

• The detector is equipped with three LED indicators and two 7-segment displays for notifying various types of information to the installer/operator.
• It also has a fault relay and 2 relays for pre-alarm and alarm signaling; the device includes a connection to a conventional fire detection line for signaling the alarm condition to the control panel.
