Optical-thermal detector

Low-profile optical-thermal detector, complete with self-learning circuit and short-circuit isolator. Dual-technology combined detectors (smoke-heat) base their operating principle on the principle of light scattering caused by smoke particles present in the air (TYNDALL effect) and on temperature control within the area where they are installed. A microcontroller analyzes and processes the signal it receives from a precision NTC type temperature sensor, activating the alarm if the temperature exceeds 58 °C. The detector has an automatic gain control function; a microcontroller calculates the compensation of the reading to maintain a constant sensitivity over time.
